Our trainer certification program is customized for the employer. The company trainer can then train supervisors and employees with confidence. We provide all the background material and the total training program. This program is formatted to use Microsoft PowerPoint with sound and slides. The topics presented are intertwined with real life examples of sexual harassment. Prevent Sexual Harassment and
Discrimination in the workplace

U.S. Supreme Court decisions in 1998 unequivocally encouraged workplace harassment training. Their decision stated that an employer could avoid liability for harassment by supervisors if it can show that (1) it exercised reasonable care to prevent and promptly correct any sexually harassing behavior, and (2) the employee unreasonably failed to avail themselves of preventive or corrective opportunities that the employer provided.

In the majority of sexual harassment litigation,
complainants allege inability or obstacles to report
within the organization or that their employer
failed to take action.
